Social work is a profession for those with a strong desire to help and improve people’s lives. It is not necessary to be a doctor, a nurse or a renowned person do service for others.

One just needs passion for the sufferings of others Swami Shankra Nand Ji Bhuri Wale is another name for such person who devoted his life to the noble but onerous mission of rescuing orphan, unwanted and unclaimed children and giving them a secure home and future. He aims to raise these children as healthy individuals and arm them with all the social skills and educational qualifications that they need to face life on their own terms.

He is one of greatest spiritual leader and social reformer of our times. He is embodiment of service to humanity, unity of religions thoughts and noble spirititual renaissance. Welfare of the society is very dear to his heart. He believes that service to humanity is the true service to god. His concern for orphan, abandoned and destitute children are exemplary preservation of environment and enhancement of Indian System of medicine. (Ayurveda) are areas where he is putting untiring effects.

With blessings of Swami Ji a group of volunteers come forward and decided to devote their lives for the mission he determined and this decision results in the establishment of SGB International foundation in 2003 with 3 abandoned children rescued from Railway Station Ludhiana. During these years number of orphan and abandoned children are admitted I Home. With untiring efforts of management and staff of SGB International Foundation all children are enjoying the real family experience that their pitiless parents chose to deprive them of simply because of pressure of society. We trust aims to raise these children as healthy individuals and arm them with all the social skills and educational qualifications that they need to face life on their own terms.
